As well as making quality pickups for guitar & bass, I also enjoy making & restoring the odd guitar.

I tend to make them as I like them. Brass saddles, bone nuts are typical. I prefer a thin oiled finish, for two reasons: Super shiny, impeccable finishes make me nervous of scratching. A thin finish allows the body to resonate and allow you to feel the vibrations. I aim for player quality work-horses which play & sound great.
